Inside the Room page

2 · Inside the Room (thank-you / gift)

Where opt-ins land. Three films with chapters, currently playing the real member clips in order until the edited supercuts exist. Ends on "See if you qualify".

Apply page

3 · See if you qualify

3-step application (you, business, your room). $1M+ sends the applicant to a discovery-call booking; under $1M gets a gracious redirect to the free films and Thursday email.

v3: built around the Four Rooms

FeedbackWhat we did
Prefer v1's hero, but add a videoBack to the v1 hero (headline left, Inside the Room opt-in card right), with Amber's 8-min video playing inline under the headline.
Keep "who this room is for"; remove the white gapKept right after the hero. The empty space is gone, and the next section now has its own background.
Build the page around Health, Wealth, Relationships and ScaleA new Four Rooms section places the shield logo between the four rooms. Each room then gets its own chapter: 01 Scale ($4B room, 1:1 experts, your private board of directors, the network), 02 Relationships (matchmaking steps, givers not takers), 03 Wealth (tax, investing, exits, deal flow, wealth experts, 75% ROI survey), 04 Health (well-being, members supported through hard seasons, health experts).
Keep "The architect of the room"Kept with the new stage photo. It now follows the Four Rooms overview ("The architect of the rooms").

Room order is Scale first because this is "a business mastermind first and foremost" (San Diego FAQ). The shield keeps the brand order. The Wealth and Health rooms use the experts' own bios from the Experts page; the room-by-room framing is new copy for Amber to approve. v1 and v2 are archived in archive-v1/ and archive-v2/.

v2: what changed from your feedback

FeedbackWhat we did
Structure like the FTR (Michael Jordan) page, top to bottomNew order: Hero with video, partners, who it's for / not for, the $4B room and proof, Meet Amber (moved up from #11 to #5), free-films opt-in, how it works, the four rooms, secret sauce, network, stories, unwritten rule, gallery, two-boxes final CTA, FAQ, contact.
Hero video in the header, like the Osprey pageAmber's 8-min video now sits in the hero and plays in place (no pop-up). "See if you qualify" sits directly under it, matching her line "below this video you'll see a button". The free films are the secondary option.
Speak to 7-figure founders, not employees, sales reps or beginnersWording now follows the San Diego video: "verified seven figures", "no beginners", "if you're used to being the most successful person in the room, you won't be here", and the two boxes (verified $1M+, and a giver). A "Not for" list names employees, sales reps and beginners.
Better, healthier photo of AmberReplaced the podcast portrait with a current stage still of Amber from Four Rooms' own San Diego video, plus an inset of her celebrating with members. Her $580M+ tracked revenue, 3 keynotes and East 5th Avenue client list come from her own words in the video.

The photos are stills from the 1080p video. Recent professional stills or originals from that shoot would look sharper. v1 is kept for comparison in archive-v1/.

Before and after: mobile first screen

Before: the live site. The opt-in form doesn't render on phones, leaving about 1,000px of blank space.
Current mobile homepage with blank gap
After (v3): headline, Amber's video, then the free-films opt-in, with a sticky "Free films / Qualify" bar.
New mobile homepage

What changed and why

AreaBeforeAfter
Primary CTAA Thursday newsletter form, broken on mobile. The only other CTA was an event banner.v2: See if you qualify under Amber's hero video is the primary action. Inside the Room (3 free films plus the Thursday email) is the path for anyone not ready to apply.
Hero5-line all-caps headline. Muted-autoplay video covered by an "unmute" overlay."It's not more information. It's the right room." (from the San Diego copy) plus the original "excellence in all areas of their lives" line. Amber's 8-min video plays inline in the hero.
ReadabilityWhite text on light grey in "Why Four Rooms", "Creating balance" and "Previous events"Contrast fixed throughout. Body text 16.5–17px on mobile.
ProofTestimonial carousel plus FAQ numbers$4B / 20%+ / $1M / 9-year strip, the survey bar chart, the video wall (6 plus 12 more), 3 written quotes and the 75% survey.
From the San Diego pageNot on the homepageTop-1% "right room" argument, 5-step "Matchmakers for Millionaires" process, secret-sauce trio, Unwritten Rule, the "It's the who" line, the caliber / who's behind / investment FAQs, the $1M minimum. Event dates and "4-day" wording removed.

Decisions and assets needed from Four Rooms

ItemWhy
Needed2–3 real stage or breakout recordings (AI, health/mindset, wealth)Neither site has any talk recordings, only testimonials. The films are built from member clips for now. Real talks would make a much stronger gift.
NeededApprove the gift name and the 3-film cut lists, or hand them to an editorCut lists with timestamps are ready (below).
ConfirmNumbers: $4B vs $4.7B in the room, "9 years", 20%+ at 9 figures, and Amber's partnership figure ($530M / $550M / $580M)Sources conflict across the site, the VSL and press.
NeededNew Amber headshots, stage photos of Amber, and a vector or hi-res white logoThe site has one Amber cutout. v2 uses stills from the San Diego video. No vector logo exists.
Wire-upGoHighLevel: opt-in form and tag, application form, discovery-call calendar linkForms here are simulated. Production connects to the existing GHL account.
Fix on live siteBlog placeholder text, Events page cards (San Diego "Coming soon", Austin "Learn more"), Yelitza Mora and Eddie Maalouf video linksFound during the crawl.

New hero video script: "The Right Room" (Amber, about 90 sec)

[Hook] If you're running a seven, eight or nine figure company, you don't need more information. You've got podcasts, courses and AI for that. What you need is the one conversation, with the one person, who has already solved the exact problem sitting on your desk.

[Who] I'm Amber Spears. I've spent my career in affiliate and partnership marketing, and the biggest lesson from all of it is that the breakthroughs past the million-dollar mark rarely come from the how. They come from the who.

[Mechanism] So that's what Four Rooms does. Before you ever walk in, we learn your goals and what's holding you back. Then we hand-pick who you sit next to at dinner, which experts you work with 1:1, and even what goes on stage. Our members started calling us "matchmakers for millionaires."

[Whole entrepreneur] And we don't stop at business. Health, Wealth, Relationships and Scale. The founders I admire most aren't just scaling a company. They're scaling without sacrificing their health or their family.

[Proof] At our most recent event, 40% of attendees surveyed reported $500K to $1M in additional revenue from partnerships made in the room.

[Gift + CTA] I want you to feel what that's like before you ever apply. So we put together three short films, called Inside the Room: real founders, in their own words, on the one conversation that changed their business. Put your name and email right here, and I'll send them to you now. And if you're already doing a million or more a year, click "See if you qualify." I read every application.

[Close] It's not more information. It's the right room. I'll see you inside.

Also drafted: a 5-minute evergreen recut of the San Diego VSL (it interleaves the testimonials, removes the event specifics and the duplicate 40% stat) and the three film cut lists with exact timestamps. Transcripts of all 38 videos we could access were used.
